摘要
社会性软件在个人知识管理中的有着多层次应用，如何利用这些平台和软件来实现自身的知识创新、发展成为个人知识管理必备的能力。文章阐述了社会性软件的定义、分类和个人知识管理功能，剖析了社会性软件在个人知识管理方面的的促进作用，并提出社会性软件支持下的个人知识管理的应用策略。
Social software has multi-level applications in personal knowledge management. How to use these platforms and software to achieve knowledge innovation has become a personal capacity. This article discusses the concepts, classification and functions of the social software, analysis the important of social software by which to promote the development of personal knowledge management, and presents the personal knowledge management application strategy under the support of social software applications.
