摘要
我国超硬材料发展到今天已经走过近五十年历史,无论是产量还是质量,无论是品种还是应用,都有了长足的发展。从本世纪初,我国超硬材料已经逐步由大国走向强国,走向世界!文章较详细阐述了当今金刚石和立方氮化硼单晶、聚晶/复合片等的发展水平,对总产量、质量水平作出评述,论述了今后的发展依托和方向。
With the 50 years＇ development,China superhard materials industry has changed to great power in the world at aspects of quantity,quality,variety and applications.This article has reviewed the yield and quality of various diamond and cBN products at present in details and point out the support and direction of the development in the future.
