摘要
〔目的〕总结特殊病人肠造口的经验。〔方法〕对1990年3月至1998年3月本院收治的伴有特殊情况如高龄,肥胖,极度虚弱等的结直肠癌手术行结肠造口的63例病人作回顾性分析。〔结果〕术后并发造口缺血坏死2例,造口回缩4例,造口旁皮肤湿疹7例,无手术死亡、造口旁疝及狭窄、脱垂发生。术后并发症发生率为195%。〔结论〕特殊病人的肠造口应个体化,术前充分准备及合理选择术式是降低并发症的关键。
urpose〕To summarize the experience on abdominal stoma in some special patients.〔Methods〕Sixty three cases of ostomate with special conditions of colorectal cancers from March 1990 to March 1998 were analyzed and reviewed retrospectively.〔Results〕Stoma ischemic necrosis in 2 cases,stomal retraction in 4 cases,peristomal dermatitis in 7 cases were found.No operative death and peristomal hernia were found. Complication rate of colostomies was 19.05%.〔Conclusion〕Ostomy for special patients should be individualized. Well preparation before operation and proper operative modality selection are the key to reduce postoperative complications
