摘要
目的 通过观察大肠癌裸鼠移植瘤细胞凋亡与细胞增殖活性之间的关系,探讨双歧杆菌的抑瘤途径及其机理。方法 利用原位末端标记技术及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)免疫组化染色对40 只裸鼠大肠癌移植瘤中的凋亡细胞和增殖细胞进行了原位观察。结果 双歧杆菌注射组大肠癌移植瘤的凋亡细胞密度显著高于肿瘤对照组(P<0.01),而肿瘤对照组的PCNA 阳性细胞密度明显高于双歧杆菌注射组(P< 0.01)。结论 双歧杆菌能诱导大肠癌裸鼠移植瘤细胞的凋亡。
Objective To explore the antitumor ways and mechanism of bifidobacteria adolescence,the relationship was observe between apoptosis and proliferating activity of nude mouse transplanted large bowel carcinoma.Methods The apoptotic cells and expression of proliferatig cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 40 cases of nude mice with transplanted large bowel carcinoma were investigated by using in situ end labeling technique and PCNA immunohistochemical staining.Results The density of apoptotic cells of transplanted tumor in bifidobacterium injection group was significantly higher when compared with the tumor control group( P <0 01).Conclusion Bifidobacteria could induce apoptosis in nude mouse transplanted with large bowel carcinoma, and decrease proliferating activity of the tumors.$$$$
