大肠癌与血型关系的研究

The relationship between colorectal cancer and ABO blood groups

目的:研究大肠癌与ABO血型之间的相关性。方法:对本院1989年11月～1998年5月收治的广东籍汉族大肠癌患者567例,对其ABO血型进行回顾性分析。结果:男女之间发生大肠癌危险性相近,各血型患大肠癌的相对危险性相同,本地区O型血患者有易患直肠癌的倾向,与其它地区文献报道结果不尽相同。结论:通过对血型的分析可以窥测大肠癌的遗传倾向,这种遗传性状存在地区和民族的差异。

Objective:The correlation between colorectal cancer and ABO blood groups was studied.Methods:clinical data of 567 patients with colorectal cancer from Guangdong province between November 1989 and May 1998 were reviewed retrospectively. Results:There was no difference in relative risk of developing colorectal cancer between females and males,so was the case with each ABO blood group,patients with blood group O were more likely to develop rectal cancer than others in our district.The result of this report was not exactly the same as reported by other literature.Conclusion:In analysis of different blood group,we can conclude that district and nationality difference in the inheritance inclination of colorectal cancer may exist.
