延边朝鲜族自治州2005—2008年住院恶性肿瘤谱分析

Analysis of tumors spectrum of inpatients in Yanbian from 2005 to 2008

[目的]了解延边朝鲜族自治州恶性肿瘤的发病状况及发展趋势.[方法]收集2005—2008年延边朝鲜族自治州所有公立医院恶性肿瘤患者首次住院病历,采用国际通行ICD-10标准对恶性肿瘤进行分类,分析住院恶性肿瘤谱及发病和死亡变化趋势.[结果]2005—2008年延边朝鲜族自治州恶性肿瘤的疾病构成未发生显著变化,总发病率呈上升趋势,总死亡率呈下降趋势;患恶性肿瘤住院率最高的病种是肺恶性肿瘤及肝恶性肿瘤,两类恶性肿瘤始终保持第1位或第2位.[结论]肺、肝、乳房及胃恶性肿瘤是延边朝鲜族自治州的高发肿瘤.

OBJECTIVE To understand the tumor spectrum and its trend in Yanbian area.METHODS The first hospitalized medical records of patients with malignant tumor in all public hospital of Yanbian were collected from 2005 to 2008,and the malignant tumors were classified by the international prevailing ICD-10 standard to analyze hospitalized malignant tumor spectrum,variation trend of prevalence and death.RESULTS There were no significant changes for tumor spectrum in Yanbian from 2005 to 2008,and the total incidence increased,while the death rate decreased.The highest disease subject of hospitalized malignant tumors were lung and liver malignant tumors that throughout keeping first and/or second place.CONCLUSION Malignant tumors of the lung,liver,breast and stomach are the highest incidence tumors in Yanbian area.
