摘要
目的 :探讨侵及颅底的咽旁间隙肿瘤的手术进路及操作方法。方法 :对不同的进路进行比较 ,并对麻醉、操作、暴露肿瘤、防止并发症等进行探讨。结果 :1 0例良性肿瘤全部完整切除 ,无复发。在包膜内用手指进行分离可减少神经和血管损伤。结论 :口内进路可处理大部分良性肿瘤 ,但操作方法和进路的选择很重要。
Objective:To study the surgical techniques and route of entry in parapharyngeal space tumors involving skull base.Methods:Different operative pathways were used accordingly.The anesthesia,operation process,exploration of tumor and provention of complications were investigated.Results:Ten cases of binign tumors were completely resected,and none reoccurred.The tumor which irritate to nerve and blood vessel should be avoided by departing with finger in capsule.Conclusions:The author believes that patients with binign tumors can be cured by intraoral pathway,and the surgical procedure and operative techniques are important.
