综合治疗酒渣鼻37例

Observe the Fly II(Composite IPL) in Combination with Cynosure Pulsed Dye Laser in the Treatment of Rosacea

目的观察飞顿Ⅱ号(复合彩光)联合赛诺秀脉冲染料激光治疗酒渣鼻疗效及安全性。方法应用飞顿Ⅱ号复合彩光治疗仪、赛诺秀公司脉冲染料激光治疗酒渣鼻37例,观察其疗效和不良反应。结果经过4～6次治疗,37例患者中痊愈5例,显效29例,好转2例,总有效率91.9%,1例出现轻度色沉。结论飞顿Ⅱ号联合赛诺秀脉冲染料激光治疗酒渣鼻疗效肯定,不良反应轻微。

Objective Observe the fly II（composite IPL） in combination with cynosure pulsed dye laser in the treatment of rosacea efficacy and safety.Methods Approach Observe remedy effect and side effect through the application fly II composite color light therapeutic instrument and cynosure company pulsed dye laser in the treatment of rosacea among 37 cases.Results Outcome 5 cases in 37 cases have been cured,29 cases have been significant effect,2 cases have been good improvement,the total efficiency of 91.9%,1 patients experienced mild hyperpigmentation.Conclusion The fly II combined cynosure pulsed dye laser in the treatment of rosacea curative effect,mild adverse reactions.
