摘要
目的研究高效液相色谱法测定人参提取物中人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rg1。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,KNAUER-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,乙腈:1%磷酸溶液(20:80)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长203nm,柱温为30℃,进样量10μl。结果人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rg1的平均回收率分别为100.2%和98.8%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于人参提取物中人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg1 in panax ginseng C.A.extractions.Method A HPLC method was developed,The chromatographic conditions were as follows,KNAUER-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column.The mobile phase was Acetonitrile-1% Phosphoric acid solution(20:80).The detection wavelength at 203nm.Results The ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg1's average recovery were 100.2% and 98.8%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and with good repeata.And this method can be used for the determination of the content of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg1 in panax ginseng C.A.extractions.
