治疗性沟通对肿瘤患者满意度的影响 被引量：2

摘要 治疗性沟通是近年兴起的一种科学的护理方法,是指通过护患之间的沟通和交谈在一定程度上解决患者某些生理、心理、精神、社会和环境的健康相关问题.经临床经验证实,加强对患者的健康教育、沟通交流及应对指导,制定完善的沟通方案,满足他们对信息的需求,是提高患者对护理满意度的有效举措.为此我科在护理患者时除进行一般性沟通交流外,设立实验组进行治疗性沟通,并进行满意度分析,旨在研究治疗性沟通对肿瘤患者满意度的影响,以提高患者满意度为最终目标.
