军队文职护士人文素质的培养

The training of humanistic quality of noncommissioned civilian nurse

目的:适应新时期军队医院护理事业的发展需求,使人文护理在整体护理模式中得到充分体现,探讨提高军队医院文职护士人文素质的培养方式。方法:针对我院2007～2008年招收的89名文职护士实行军事化管理和训练,定期开展先进业务学习讲课,实行护理服务之星和技术能手评比,实行各项生活护理量化管理,进行礼仪课程的学习和培训,实行护理工作质量月考评管理。结果:89名文职护士的人文素质得到显著提高,患者对文职护士服务及技术满意度有明显提高,住院患者提名表扬最满意护士中文职护士占73%。结论:通过对文职护士进行有目的、有计划的训练,可以明显提高文职护士人文素质,促进军队医院护理事业发展,人文护理在整体护理模式中得到了体现,整体护理质量得到了提高。

Objective：Meet the development needs of the nursing delivery of the military hospital in the new period, make humanistic care to be fully reflec- ted in the holistie nursing model, explore how to train the h^amanistie quality of the non - commissioned eivilian nurses. Methods：Implement militarization management and training to 89 non - commissioned civilian nurses reernited of hospital from 2007 to 2008, conduct regularly learning lecture of advanced business,implement selection of service stars and technical experts in nursing work,implement quantitative management to variety of life care,learning and training etiquette course,implement monthly appraisal management to quality of nursing. Resuhs：Humanistie quality of 89 non -commissioned civilian nur- ses be siguifieanfly improved,patients＇ satisfaction with non -commissioned civilian nurses＇ services and technology have siguifieantly increased ,aeeounting for 73% of non - commissioned eivilian nurses be nominated recoguition of inpatients in most satisfied nurses. Conclusion ： Strengthen training of humanistic quality to non - commissioned civilian nurses ,promote the nursing career of military hospital ,humanistic care be fully reflected in the holistie nursing mod- el,improve the overall quality of nursing care.
