无症状小肾癌的CT诊断(附6例报告)

CT diagnosis of small asymptomatic renal cell carcinoma:A report of 6 cases

目的:研究小肾癌的CT表现特点。材料与方法:6例无症状小肾癌均经手术病理证实,癌块直径18～30mm,并发同侧肾囊肿4例、错构瘤1例。结果:6例CT发现6个突出肾轮廓的癌块,呈等密度4例,略高密度2例,3例癌灶内见坏死区,1例见钙化。增强扫描5例癌块显著强化,CT值升高30～70Hu。结论:小肾癌CT表现有一定的特征性,为其正确定性诊断提供依据。

Objective:to study CT features of 6 cases of small renal cell carcinoma(SRCC).Materials and Methods:6 cases of SRCC complicated by 4 cases of renal cyst and 1 case of renal angiomyolipoma were proved by operation and pathology.Their largest diameters were among 18～30mm.Results:CT showed 6 masses protruding the outline of kidney in all 6 cases,with isodense 4 cases,slightly hyperdense 2 cases and the region of necrosis 3 cases,calcification 1 case.After contrast scan,marked enhancement was viewed in 5 cases,increasing 30～70 Hu in CT value.Conclusions:It shows there are some distinguishing features for diagnosing SRCC by CT.
