浙江企业技术获取型FDI的发展与对策

On Developing Technology Sourcing FDI in Zhejiang Province

中国企业走出去到海外投资以获取先进管理经验或技术是目前一个新的贸易特征,基于这一特征,本文从浙江企业切入,回顾了浙江企业技术获取型FD I发展的两个阶段。论文从并购目标、运营经验、文化差异、政策支持四个方面深入解析了浙江企业在走出去投资时存在的不足,本文主张,通过发展中介服务机构、培养国际化经营人才、建立专家库等政策支持帮助浙江省企业在海外投资过程中走得更快、更顺利。

Chinese enterprises＇ investments overseas for advanced technology are the main feature in international trade of China.Based on this feature,this paper divides the technology sourcing FDI history of Zhejiang province into two steps.The author analyzes the problems existed in Zhejiang enterprises＇ investments abroad from the four aspects,i.e.,M A targets,operational experience,cultural differences,policy support.The author believes the enterprise in Zhejiang should focus on talents cultivation,developing service agencies and connecting experts,which will improve the quality of technology sourcing FDI more efficiently.
