摘要
本文用实验方法表明,用高功率密度激光照射合金表面可获得金属玻璃。通过对激光处理后的样品进行金相、扫描电子显微镜观察,及X射线衍射分析,并与激光处理前的原样进行对比,判断金属玻璃已经形成。
This article indicates in an experimental way that Metglass can be gained with high power density laser beam shining the surface of an alloy. The sample dealed with laser is made observation of metal phase microscope, scan electron microscope, and X—ray diffraction analysis, and compaired with that not dealed with laser, to judge that Metglass has already been formed.
