BMP2mRNA在颌骨骨肉瘤及软骨肉瘤中的扩增及其对肿瘤增殖活性的影响

Expression of BMP2 mRNA in osteosarcoma and chondrosarcoma of jaw and its effect on tumor proliferating activity

目的 研究BMP2mRNA在颌骨骨肉瘤及软骨肉瘤中的扩增及其对肿瘤预后和增殖活性的影响。方法 应用BMP2的cDNA探针 ,原位杂交检测mRNA的扩增。结果 32例标本中有 2 1例表达BMP2mRNA ,有BMP2mRNA表达的病例更容易发生淋巴结转移 ,且有较高增殖活性。结论 BMP2可能在骨肿瘤的发生和发展过程中起一定作用 。

Objective To study the expression of BMP2 mRNA in osteosarcoma and chondrosarcoma of jaw and the relationship with the prognosis.Methods 32 specimens of osteosarcoma and chondrosarcoma were examined with in situ hybridization technique using the BMP2 cDNA probe.Results BMP2 positive reaction was observed in 21/32 specimens.The specimens with BMP2 mRNA expression metastasized to lymphnode more frequently and had higher proliferating activity.Conclusion BMP2 may play some roles in the development of osteosarcoma and chondrosarcoma. BMP may be a helpful marker to determine the prognosis of osteosarcoma and chondrosarcoma.
