吉林省风电产业外商投资现状、问题及对策

The Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Foreign Investment in Wind Power Industry of Jilin Province

近年来,随着吉林省重点发展清洁可再生能源、实施打造国家重要新能源基地战略,吉林省风电产业外商投资呈快速发展的态势。本文通过调查吉林省风电产业外商投资的情况,分析了目前吉林省风电产业外商投资所面临的主要问题,并就此提出了相应的政策建议。

In recent years,with the focus on the development of clean renewable energy in Jilin Province and the implementation of the strategy to create an important national base for new energy,the foreign investment in wind power industry in Jilin Province developed rapidly.Based on the investigation of the situation of foreign investment in wind power industry,this paper summarized the major problems of the foreign investment in wind power industry of Jilin Province and made the corresponding policy recommendations in the end.
