摘要
在我国确立市场经济体制特别是加入世贸组织之后,国有商业银行面临的员工流失问题越来越严重了,员工的流失对国有商业银行的发展产生了很大的影响。本文分析了产生这一现象的时代环境,并从必然和偶然两个角度探究了产生这一现象的原因。解决国有商业银行员工的流失问题,不仅关乎国有商业银行自身的发展,也关系到我国经济的全面、协调、可持续发展。
After the establishment of market economy and China's accession to the WTO,national commercial banks are facing increasingly serious problem of staff turnover.This has seriously affected the development of national commercial banks.This paper analyzes the times and circumstances of this phenomenon,and explore the causes of this phenomenon from the inevitable and accidental angles.
