农业社会化服务体系的研究

The Study of Agricultural Social Service System

我国农业社会化服务体系起步于20世纪50年代,为促进我国农村稳定发展起到了积极推动作用。但同国外成功的农业社会化服务体系相比,我们还存在许多不足,这就需要我们加强农业社会化服务体系的建设,满足我国农村经济社会的发展要求。首先在政府层面上要加大投入,改善社会化服务的各项基础环境,要在政府主导下加强农业产前、产中、产后的各种服务工作。其次,要从服务组织建设、服务组织制度、服务组织原则、服务组织的内外部环境及农业保险服务等方面积极探索和实践中国农业现代化社会服务体系。

Started inthe 1950＇s,China＇s agricultural social service system has played a positive advancing role inthe stable development of China＇s countryside.But compared with successful examples of the world,our system has many defects,which call for strengthened efforts in building up a better social service system to meet the needs of rural economic and social development.Firstly,governments should increase their invest ment,improve the basic social services environment,take lead in strengthening service workin pre-production,during production and post-production services.Secondly,we needto actively explore and practice China＇s agricultural social service systeminits organization,organizational system,organizational principle,interior and exterior environment,as well as insurance services.
