摘要
目的 检测涎腺腺样囊性癌对抗癌药物的敏感程度。方法 采用MTT法测试了 14种抗癌药物对SACC - 83、ACC - 2和ACC -M等 3个体外培养的涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞株的杀伤作用强度。结果 3种细胞株对14种药物的敏感性大体相似而又有差别 ,在抗代谢类抗肿瘤药物中 ,对MTX、DNR、ADM、5 -Fu、MMC的敏感性较强 ,在植物来源的抗癌药物中 ,对Taxol有明显的敏感性。
Objective To determine the sensitivity of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells to anticancer agents.Methods Chemosensitivity tests of 14 anticancer agents for 3 human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cell lines were performed using the MTT assay to clarify the sensitivity of the SACC-83,ACC-2 and ACC-M cell lines to anticancer agents.Results The sensitivity of the 3 cancer cell lines were resemblance but slight different.3 cell lines were sensitive to MTX、DNR、ADM、5-Fu and MMC of anti-metabolism drugs and specially higher sensitive to Taxol which is one of the several plant-orginated anticancer drugs.Conclusion Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells are sensitive to several drugs which may have some value in clinical chemotherapy.
