摘要
本文研究了弱光反馈对半导体激光器(LD)脉冲IM动态频率飘移(DFS)的影响,数值分析表明:外部光反馈可以有效地抑制LD的DFS。
The effects of weakly optical feedback on the dynamic frequency shift (DFS) of a semiconductor laser (LD) are presented in this paper. Analsis points out: the DFS of a LD can be suppressed efficiently by the method of weakly external optical feedback.
