美多巴对醒状昏迷患者治疗作用的临床研究

Clinical study on the role of madopar in the patients with coma vigil

目的:探讨美多巴对醒状昏迷患者的治疗作用。方法:选用符合醒状昏迷条件的患者40例,随机分为治疗组(20例)及对照组(20例),治疗组用美多巴治疗,对照组用安慰剂同法给药。结果:治疗组:12例患者症状有明显改善,8例无效,总有效率为60％;对照组:2例症状有改善,18例无效,总有效为10％,两组在疗效上有明显差别。结论:美多巴对醒状昏迷患者有一定疗效。

Objective To study the role of madopar in the patients with coma vigil. Methads: Forty cases of coma vigil were selected and divided randomly into the therapeutic group(20cases)and control group(20cases) .The therapeutic group was given madopar, the others was given placebo. Results: 12patients improved from the irorigianl conditions and 8 patients were unchanged in the therapeutic groups. The effective rate was 60% ;2 patients improved from their origianl conditions and 18 patients were unchanged in the control groups.The effective rate was10% .There were remarkably difference between the two groups. Conclusion:Madopar might play an important role in the recovery of the patients with coma vigil.
