摘要
本文确定了以对羟基卟啉为显色剂同时测定锌、镉的条件。通过使用AKC矩阵法计算解决了混合体系中锌、镉分量的同时测定。两元素的比例在1/4或4/1范围时结果较好,回收满意。
The optimun conditions of Zn(Cd)-T(4-HP)P-OP colour reaction for simultaneous determination of microamounts of Zn and Cd by the least square method in matrix form are established. For the relative deviations of absorbancy additivity of Zn and Cd complexes between the measured values of mixtures and the calculate4 values from the pure component are investigated. In order to improve the accuracy and precision, the numerical computation method is used in which standard mixtures are introduced for calibration. The proportionality range from 1/4 to 4/1 can be successfully applied to solve the problem for simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of these two elements.
