摘要
本文采用IO_4^-离子选择电极为指示电极,研究了Mn^(2+)对IO_4^-—对氨基苯磺酸(SA)反应体系的催化作用,提出在固定时间内测定Mn^(2+)的催化电位法。该体系测定最低浓度为0.2ng·ml^(-1),其相对标准偏差为5.6~0.4%。应用本方法测定茶叶样品中锰,结果与光度法相一致。
in this paper, study has been maoe on manganese(Ⅱ) catalyzed periodate and sulfanilic acid reaction with periodate-ion-selective electrod as an indicator electrode. At a fixed time procedure, a cataiytic potentiometic method for determination of manganese(Ⅱ) is suggested. The sensitivity is 0.2ng/ml. The coefficient of variation is 5.6-0.4%. The meThod has been used for determinang trace manganese (Ⅱ) in tea, tne resuits agree with those of colorometric method.
