摘要
近几年神经电生理学在帕金森病病人的研究中 ,发现该病病人有视觉诱发电位、脑干听觉诱发电位、体感诱发电位、运动诱发电位、事件相关电位、视网膜电图、脑电图及肌电图等多种神经电生理异常 ,这些异常可能与中枢神经系统中多巴胺等神经递质紊乱有关。各种电生理的异常说明帕金森病病从除锥体外系外 ,还存在其它神经功能通路的损害。根据这些电生理的异常改变将对进一步了解帕金森病的实质起积极的意义 ,也有助于对帕金森病的早期诊断、病情演变。
In the research of neural electric_physiology in the patients of Parkinson's disease,the abnormalities,which are probably related to the disorder in the level of neurotransmitters like Dopamine,are found in the visual_evoked potential,brain_stem acoustic_evoked potential,somatosensory evoked potential,motor_evoked potential,event_related potential,electroretinogram,electroencephalogram and electromyogram.These electric_physiological abnormalities indicate that the damage is existing not only in the extrapyramidal system but also in the other neural functional routes and will be useful to get some further knowledge of the essence of Parkinson's disease.They are also helpful to make out the corresponding evaluations about the early diagnose,variations and prognosis of the patients' conditions.
