早期和临床前诊断帕金森病不论对预防和治疗还是对其基础研究都具有重要价值。帕金森病症状前指标是指帕金森病症状前相存在的一些由疾病本身导致的可测量的身体变化 ,大致可分为临床表现、神经电生理、神经代谢影像学、生化和免疫学、遗传学5大类。它们虽然不具备诊断意义 ,但有助于及早发现帕金森病 ;
It is very important to diagnose Parkinson's disease at its early or preclinical stage for both its clinical practice and its basic research.Presymptomatic markers of Parkinson's disease are the measurable body changes caused by the disease itself during its preclinical period.They include clinical manifestation,electroneurophysiological,nuclear medicine,biochemical immulogical and genetic findings.Although they themselves can not be used to complete the diagnosis,they are helpful in early finding of the disease.However,it is not easy to get a perfect presymptomatic marker of Parkinson's disease.
