慢性酒精中毒精神障碍临床特点——附95例分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 95 CASES WITH MENTAL DISORDERS INDUCED BY CHRONIC ALCOHOLISM

目的··:了解慢性酒精中毒的精神、躯体障碍和行为问题的临床特点 ,以利于治疗和预防。方法··:通过住院卡检索出1984年 -1995年住院符合CCMD -2 -R酒依赖诊断标准的患者 ,将精神、躯体症状和行为问题 ,用皮尔逊相关系数统计与饮酒时间的关系。结果··:酒精中毒性精神障碍的幻觉症、谵妄、人格改变与饮酒时间呈正相关。饮酒后所导致的失业、工作能力下降与饮酒时间呈正相关 ,酒后肇事、暴力行为、婚姻破裂则与病程不呈正相关。结论··:酒精中毒性精神、躯体障碍多数与饮酒时间有关 。

Objective:To study the clinical features of mental disorders and physical conditions induced by chronic alcoholism for further treatment and prevention. Method:Ninety-five inpatients who were diagnosed as alcohol dependence according to the CCMD-2-R from1984-1995 were selected through the inpatients index.The relationship of mental disorders,physical conditions and behavioral problems with the duration of alcohol consumption were analysed using Pearson coefficient. Result: There was a positive relationship between the psychiatric symptoms (hallucination, delirium and personality changes)induced by alcoholism and duration of alcohol consumption. The occupation impairment due to alcohol consumption was also correlated with alcohol consumption. The accidents,violent behavior and interrupted marriage were not correlated with the duration of alcohol use. Conclusion:Mental disorders and physical conditions induced by alcoholism are mostly correlated with the duration of alcohol consumption.It is suggested that early intervention will benefit the prognosis.
