On the Development Strategy of Internationalization of China's Non-governmental Higher Education

借鉴国际高等教育的经验和利用国际高等教育的优质资源,是提高民办高等教育质量,提升民办高等教育水平的有效方法之一。引进什么,利用什么,既要能解决燃眉之急,又要能促进我国高等教育的健康发展,这是引进和利用国际优质教育资源的基本原则。对于民办高校而言,应当在"高、新、特、前"四个字上下工夫。在引进世界优质高等教育资源后,关键在于"消化",只有在充分"消化"的基础上,才能做好"吸收"工作。

Learning from international experiences in higher education and the use of a variety of high-quality international higher education resources is one of the effective ways to improve the education standard of non-governmental higher education.To introduce and utilize the right resources which can not only solve immediate problems but also promote healthy development of China＇s higher education is the basic principle when considering internationalization.For non-governmental institutions of higher learning,efforts should be placed in subjects of ＂high,new,special,advance＂.After introducing high-quality international higher education resources,the key is ＂digestion＂,and only on the basis of ＂digestion＂,the work of ＂absorption＂ can perform satisfactory.
