摘要
在高等教育大众化发展背景下,教育质量的保障与提升备受人们的关注,而教师的专业素质则是其关键。近年来,教师同伴互助被越来越多的专家学者视为教师专业发展的一条切实有效的途径。该文基于教师同伴互助这一现象的产生与发展及专家学者们的界定,分析其在高校教师专业水平提升中的必要性与基本特征,尝试性地提出实施教师同伴互助的基本策略。
With the popularization of higher education,enhancing and promoting education quality has become an important area in which the key factor is teachers' professional qualities.Peer coaching has increasingly been seen by many experts as an effective approach to teachers' professional development.In this paper,based on the development and the definition of peer poaching,the necessity of the application of peer coaching in improving teachers' professional level is analyzed.From further analyzing its characteristics,it proposes strategies for implementing peer coaching.
