摘要
以自制量表对1 050名在校大学生进行课堂教学行为需求的问卷调查,通过因子分析,显示大学生对课堂教学行为的关注主要集中在教师的个性特征、教学作风和教学方法三个方面,据此得出教学行为应具有三维结构。大学生对课堂教学行为在个性维度上的需求无明显差异,而在作风和教法维度上的需求存在显著差异。因此,改善课堂教学行为的效果应从上述三个维度着手进行。
Using self-designed questionnaires,1050 university students were surveyed on classroom teaching behavior.Based on the factor extraction method,the results show that students' main concerns on teaching behavior are mainly concentrated on the three aspects,i.e.,teachers' individuality,teaching style,and teaching method.It concludes that teaching behavior should have a three-dimensional structure.There is no noticeable difference in students' need for teachers' individuality,whereas significant differences exist for teaching manner and teaching method.Thus,improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching behavior should proceed with the above three dimensions.
