摘要 目的观察研究姜黄素(Cur)和维生素E(VE)联用预防大鼠肝纤维化的疗效。方法建立四氯化碳(CCl4)大鼠肝纤维化模型,Cur和VE及两药联用预防后观察肝左叶HE染色和Masson染色下形态学变化。结果 HE染色与Masson染色结果与模型组比较,预防组较模型组肝纤维化有明显改善,以药物联用组尤为显著。结论 Cur和VE对CCl4诱导的肝纤维化均有预防作用,两者合用预防肝纤维化效果更佳,具有协同作用。 Objective To observe the preventive effect of combination of curcumin and vitamin E on liver fibrosis in rats.Methods The liver fibrosis model was induced by hypodermic injection of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) in rats.The morphological structure in hepatic left lobule were observed through HE staining and Masson trichrome staining.Results The observation on staining showed that the liver fibrosis improved in drug group,especially those in drug combination group when compared with the model group.Conclusion Both curcumin and vitamin E show prophylactic effect on liver fibrosis induced by CCl4 in rats.The drug combination is superior to only one alone,and has a preferably additive effect.
