摘要
【目的】探讨根管超声预备的清理效果。【方法】正常和病变离体牙根共40个,分5组分别进行手用器械和不同功率超声波的根管预备,电镜观察根管上1/3、中1/3和下1/3不同部位的清理效果。【结果】与手用根管预备相比,根管超声预备明显减少了根管壁玷污层和细菌的数量和密度。【结论】高档功率超声波能提高根管预备的质量,清理效果以根中1/3为佳;但超声波不能彻底去除根管内的细菌和牙髓组织,尚不能证实超声波本身具有杀菌作用。
Objective To study the cleaning effect of the ultrasonic canal instrumentation. Methods The 40 isolated roots of the normal and carious teeth were distributed to five groups for cleaning the root canals with manual instrument or ultrasonic instrumentation in different power. The SEM was used to observe the cleaning effect of upper 1/3, medium 1/3 and apex 1/3 in these root canals. Results The ultrasonic canal instrumentation decreased evidently the density and quantity of the smear layers and bacteria on the root canal wall. Conclusion The ultrasonic canal instrumentation with high power would improve the quality and the effect was better in medium 1/3 of the canals. But ultrasonic wave could not thoroughly remove the dental pulp and bacteria in these root canals. The effect of killing bacteria with ultrasonic wave itself has not been certified.
