维生素C联合顺铂与单药顺铂对Hela细胞生长状况影响的比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨维生素C(VC)和顺铂(DDP)联合应用对人宫颈癌Hela细胞株的体外抑制作用。方法将VC、DDP单独或联合应用于Hela细胞,用MTT法检测细胞增殖的抑制率,并于用药后应用激光共聚焦显微镜观察细胞形态学变化。结果不同浓度的顺铂对细胞生长均有抑制作用,随药物浓度的增加,抑制作用加强。VC和DDP联合应用后抗增殖作用较单一用药显著增强(P<0.01)。结论 DDP可抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖,且与小剂量VC有协同作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of Vitamin C combined with Cisplatin(DDP) on human cervical carcinoma cell lines Hela.Methods After treatment of Hela cells with different dose of DDP or combination of VC,the inhibitory effect of Vitamin C and Cisplatin on cells was measured by MTT assay.The change of cell morphology was observed with laser confocal microscopy.Results DDP in different dose inhibited the cell proliferation,and had dose-effect relationship and inhibitory effect was enhanced when combined VC with DDP.Conclusion DDP can inhibit proliferation of Hela cells,the coordinative effect was observed by combining VC with DDP.
