鲨芪胶囊的制备与质量控制标准

摘要 目的研究和制定鲨芪胶囊的制备与质量控制标准。方法采用多次分离法提取鲨鱼软骨提取物与中草药有效成分制成鲨芪胶囊,并依据药典及其他有关标准制定制剂的质量控制标准。结果制备的鲨芪胶囊符合功能性保健食品的相关质量控制标准。结论鲨芪胶囊制备工艺可行,产品质量稳定。 Objective To determine the preparation technology and quality standard of sha qi capsules.Methods The shark cartilage activated extract(SCAE)was obtained by separation and extraction of shark cartilage for several times.The main components of sha qi capsules were SCAE,radix paeoniae alba extract and astragalus root extract.The quality standards of the capsule were established according to the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2010 ed.) and other related criterions.Results The sha qi capsule was up to the standards of functional health food preparations.Conclusion The preparation technique is practicable and quality of the capsule is stable.
