475例机关退休干部心血管疾病体检结果分析

The analysis of cardiovascular disease in retired cadres based on a physical examination result of 475 cases

目的调查机关退休干部心血管疾病发病情况以及与体质指数的关系,为健康指导和疾病防治提供依据。方法对475例退休干部的血压、血脂、血糖与体质指数等因素进行测定,分析它们之间的联系。结果随着体质指数的增加,舒张压、收缩压、空腹血糖、总胆固醇水平上升,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下降。高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的发病率随着体质指数增加有明显提高。结论机关退休干部的体质指数较一般人群偏高,使得高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的发病率提高,建议从在职干部做起,加强健康教育和心血管疾病防治。

Objective To investigate the incidence of cardiovascular disease and its relationship with the body mass index in the retired cadres,provide the basis for disease prevention and health guidance.Methods Blood pressure,blood lipids,blood glucose and body mass index of 475 cases of retired cadres were measured,the links between these factors were analyzed.Results As increasing of body mass index,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and total cholesterol rose,but high density lipoprotein declined.The incidence of hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia increased with rising of body mass index,significantly.Conclusion There was a higher level of body mass index in retired cadres compared with that in general population.Increased body mass index led to higher incidence of hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia.It is recommended to strengthen health education and prevent cardiovascular disease in cadres when they were in service.
