Problems Analysis and Technical Improvement about Downward of Central Cylinder of Cyclone for 300MW CFB Boiler

旋风分离器是循环流化床锅炉的重要部件,分离器的分离效率直接关系到锅炉的安全经济运行。旋风分离器中心筒下移,形成密封间隙,造成气体短路引起分离器分离效率下降,锅炉某些特定的运行参数发生了变化,影响了锅炉的安全经济运行。针对这些问题,分析了原因,并采取了一系列措施,取得了一定的效果。

The cyclone is the key component of CFB boiler,the separating efficiency related to the safety and economic operation of CFBB.The downward of central cylinder of cyclone made the decreased about the separating efficiency of the cyclone,and also some operation parameters changed,which influenced the safety and economic operation of CFBB.In view of the problems,we analyzed the reasons and took a series of measures,achieved effectiveness finally.
