微油点火技术在东北首台1000MW机组基建调试中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Micro-oil Ignition Technique in Construction and Commissioning Stage of the First 1000MW Unit in Northeast Region

摘要 在东北首台1000 MW机组热态冲洗、蒸汽吹管、带负荷试运期间全程采用东锅的EOBS型微油燃烧器,节油效果明显。调试期间解决了大油枪及微油枪同时点火油压不匹配造成锅炉灭火问题、对微油枪与助燃油枪同时点火的燃烧器配风进行了有益的尝试。 The micro-oil burner developed and produced by Dongfang Boiler Co.,is adopted in the process including boiler hot water flushing,steam blow out,on-load operation and the remarkable results of oil saving is achieved in the whole commissioning period.The problem that the boiler flame extinguished is resolved due to the oil pressure of the normal oil burner and the micro-oil burner did not match each other.The beneficial experiment of air distribution is done when the micro-oil burner and the stabilizing burner were ignited at the same time.
