异丙酚对大鼠不完全脑缺血及再灌注后LPO和脑水含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨异丙酚对活体大鼠脑不完全缺血再灌注后LPO及脑水肿程度的影响。方法 :4 0只健康SD大鼠随机分为 5组 ,A组为无缺血对照组 ,C及E组分别为异丙酚麻醉下脑不完全缺血和缺血再灌注组 ,B及D组为非异丙酚麻醉下脑不完全缺血和缺血再灌注组。各组大鼠在达到预定的缺血及再灌注时间后 ,断头取脑皮质测定LPO和水含量。结果 :脑皮质水含量B组较A组升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,D组升高更明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;但C组 <B组 ,E组 <D组 (P <0 .0 1)。LPO含量B组较A组稍显升高 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但D组升高显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,而E组LPO含量<D组。SOD活力在B组即下降 ,D组下降更显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;但其变化在B组与C组、D组与E组间无明显差异(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :异丙酚能明显降低大鼠脑不完全缺血及再灌注后脑皮质LPO含量 ,并减轻脑水肿程度。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of propofol on cerebral water content and LPO metabolism in rats model.METHODS:40 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 5 goups.Group A was used as control;group C and E were propofol anethesized groups with incomplete cerebral ischemia and ischemic reperfusion respectively;and group B and D were other agent anethesized groups with incomplete cerebral ischemia and ischemic repefusion respectively.Cortex samples were taken from rats in all groups at the fixed time of ischemic and reperfusion and the LPO and water contents were measured. RESULTS:The increase in cortex water content was in the order:group D>group B>group A and group C<group B,group E<group D;the cortex LPO level increase was in the order:group D>group B>group A and group E<group D,and the SOD activity decrease was in the order:group D>group B and there were no significant differences in group B,C,D,and E. CONCLUSION:The cortex LPO content after reperfusion in rats with incomplete cerebral ischemia can be significantly by propofol and their cerebral edema can also be relieved.
