摘要
应用PXI系统和LabVIEW软件搭建了静动液辅助制动实验台测控系统。该系统能够对转速、转矩、压力、温度等多路传感器信号进行数据采集、处理、显示与记录,并实现对电磁离合器、电磁阀、变量柱塞泵等强电设备的自动控制。设计了基于逻辑门限的系统控制策略,将系统运行状态限制在安全工作范围内,并在控制系统加入了手动控制项,提高了测试系统的使用灵活性。运行结果表明,该系统操作简便、安全可靠,能够满足多种工况模拟实验的测控要求。
A virtual instrument based controlling system was designed for hydraulic assistant braking testing platform that made use of hydraulic transmission and hydraulic hybrid technologies.By using LabVIEW graphizcal programming environment,the system could not only achieve in gathering and analyzing signal of sensor,but also autocontrol electromagnetic executive equipment.The system has got a good verification in the lab.
