摘要
采用S7-300的CPU315-2DP设计了一个单容水箱的液位模糊控制器,该模糊控制器克服了传统PID控制对被控对象精确数学模型的依赖。通过查询预先计算出的模糊控制量表直接实现智能控制。通过在WinCC中的参数连接与设置,实现液位运行画面的监测。实验结果表明该控制系统运行可靠有效,其鲁棒性明显优于传统的PID控制方法。
CPU315-2DP of S7-300 is used to designed a level fuzzy controller for single-capacity water tanks which has overcome the reliance the on precise math model of the traditional PID control.The intelligent control is achieved directly by querying the pre-calculated fuzzy control table.Supervising the level running pages is achieved by connecting and setting-up parameters in WinCC.The experiment results show that the control system functions reliably and effectively,and its robustness is better than the one of the traditional PID control.
