溶解热解前驱体的处理对SnO_2气敏性质的影响

摘要 为了探讨金属锡与柠檬酸溶解热解反应所得前驱体的不同处理方法对SnO2气敏性质的影响,文中利用锡粒与柠檬酸在175℃下反应制备出的前驱体,用不同方法处理后进行煅烧,得到SnO2及SnO掺杂的SnO2微纳米材料,所得的产物分别用XRD及SEM表征并对其气敏性质进行详细探讨。结果表明:前驱体经过洗涤后煅烧所得的产物为SnO掺杂的SnO2材料,未经洗涤的前驱体煅烧所得的是SnO2材料,SnO2对H2S、汽油、Cl2、乙醇和HCHO的气敏性质比SnO掺杂的SnO2好。 The influence of the treatment with the precursor prepared by dissolving tin granule in citric acid on the gas sensing properties of SnO2 was discussed. The precursor was prepared by dissolving tin granule in citric acid at 175 ℃ and was dealt with different methods. SnO2 and SnO-doping SnO2 material were gained through calcining the precursor. The phases, constitution, mor- phology of them were characterized by XRD and SEM, and gas sensing properties were studied. The results show that SnO2 was syn- thesized from annealing the unwashed precursor and SnO-doping SnO2 was prepared from annealing the washed precursor. Com- pared to SnO-doping SnO2, SnO2 sensor shows much better gas sensing properties. It is more sensitive to H2S, gasoline, Cl2, C2H5 OH and HCHO than SnO-doping SnO2.
