摘要
提出了利用超声波扩散性进行矩形窄缝深度测量的原理,并在此基础上设计了以MSP430为控制核心的窄缝深度测量系统。该系统利用超声波的发射和接收完成矩形窄缝上下表面回波的识别,实现了矩形窄缝深度的测量。实验结果表明:利用超声波声束的扩散性可以实现矩形窄缝深度的测量,设计的窄缝深度测试系统成本低廉,窄缝深度在1 m内变化的测量精度可达到cm数量级,为特定环境条件下矩形窄缝深度测量提供了一种新的解决方案。
According to proliferation of ultrasound beam, the principal of narrow rectangular depth measurement using ultrason- ic was proposed. A narrow rectangular depth measurement system using MSP430 for the control core of the microcontroller was de- signed. By transmitting and receiving of ultrasonic, surface echo and bottom echo were identified in this system; measurement on depth of narrow rectangular was realized. Experimental results show that this design is practical and low cost; it can reach cm accu- racy on measurement of 1 m depth narrow rectangular, providing a new approach and solution for narrow rectangular depth measure- ment.
