风力发电机在线油品监测系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Online Oil Monitoring System for Wind Turbine

研制一种基于风力发电机齿轮箱润滑油的在线油品监测系统,介绍了其传感器原理、硬件、软件设计方案和通讯方式。单片机与其外围电路获得监测信号后,由485通讯传输至中控室,VB6.0设计的中控软件具有各参数处理、生成趋势图、预警和报警等功能,可实现远程实时在线监控、诊断风力发电机齿轮箱润滑油的品质状态,对风力发电机齿轮箱的工况进行分析、判断,提高风力发电机设备可利用率。通过试用与化验比较,证明了系统的正确性与实用性。

This paper developed a kind of wind turbine＇ s online oil monitoring system based on gear box. The paper intro- duced the principle of sensors, the design scheme of hardware and software and the communication method. The monitor signals were obtaind by SCM and peripheral circuits, which were transmited to the central control room by RS -485 communication. Cen- tral control software designed by VB6. 0 has the functions of parameters processing, and trend diagram, warning and alarm and so on. And the software can realize remote online monitoring and diagnosis about the wind turbine gearbox wear conditions and gearbox lubricant quality status, gearbox of wind turbine working condition analysis and judgement ,it can improve wind turbine equipment availability. Through trial and laboratory, it is proved that the system is correct and practical.
