摘要
介绍了Solartron数字式位移传感器的工作原理及其特性,提出了其与S7-200系列PLC自由口通讯的方法,给出了硬件连接及程序设计方案,采用定时器有效地控制串行通讯,实现循环读取传感器数据,避免了中断通讯方式造成的通讯故障,并经实验测试得出其通讯方式可靠性高的结论。通过S7-200 PLC可将Solartron数字式位移传感器推广到工业自动化控制领域,具有广泛的应用价值。
The working principle and characteristics of Solartron digital displacement sensor were introduced. The method of freeport communication between $7 -200 PLC and Solartron digital displacement sensor was presented. The hardware connection and the program design were given. Using the timers to control serial communication, the PLC can read the sensor data circularly and avoid the interruption caused by communication failure. The experimental testing results show that the communication is relia- ble. So the Solartron digital displacement sensor can be extended to the filed of industrial automation by $7 - 200 PLC, and it has extensive application value.
