回顾中医脾的实体解剖学研究之历史沿革,提出"脾即胰"说;阐明脾主运化的内涵应以升清散精、主司气化为主,助胃化物为辅,旨在将脾主运化与脾(胰)的实体解剖学研究及胰腺的内、外分泌功能有机结合,这对于全面认识中医藏象脾的生理功能,深化脾主运化理论,丰富脾胃学说,指导临床各科实践具有重要意义。
