布托啡诺联合咪唑安定辅助骨科下肢手术的临床观察

Butorphanol Combined with Imidazole Diazepam Coordinate with Orthopedics Operation

[目的]观察布托啡诺联合咪唑安定于术中镇痛、镇静、缓解止血带反应的临床效果。[方法]选择在硬膜外麻醉下的骨科下肢手术患者220例,随机均分为观察组和对照组各110例,于手术开始前5min,观察组静脉滴注布托啡诺联合咪唑安定,对照组静脉滴注曲马多+氟哌利多。分别记录给药后5、15、30、45、60min各时点的心率、平均动脉压、氧饱和度,并行Ramsay镇静评分。[结果]两组患者术中给药后5、15、45、60min,观察组HR、MAP低于对照组;在给药后5、15、30、45、60min对照组Ramsay评分均低于观察组。[结论]布托啡诺联合咪唑安定用于骨科下肢麻醉镇痛、镇静起效快,能有效缓解止血带反应,不良反应少。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Butorphanol combined with Imidazole Diazepam on analgesia,mitigation and relieving tourmiquet reaction.[Method] Randomly divide 220 cases into observation and control groups,5m before operation,make intravenous drip to observation group with Butorphanol and Imidazole Diazepam,other group with Tramadol and droperidol.Respectively record heart rate,average angiosthenia and oxygen saturation at time points and make Ramsay mitigation score.[Result] At 5,15,45,60min,the HR,MAP were lower than control group;at 5,15,30,45,60min,the Ramsay of control group was lower than other one.[Conclusion] Butorphanol and Imidazole Diazepam used in orthopedics lower limbs anesthesia and analgesia has quick effect,and can relieve tourmiquet reaction with little side effects.
