脑梗塞与血清叶酸浓度的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨血清叶酸浓度与脑梗塞的危险性;方法:对60名脑梗塞患者和50名正常人的血清叶酸浓度进行测定,分析两组结果。结果:病变组血清叶酸浓度平均为10.75土0.6nmol/L;对照组为14.21士1.17nmol/L;差异显著(P<0.0)。血清叶酸浓度与脑梗塞危险性相关分析r+-0.4952,P<0.01;结论:血清叶酸浓度降低是脑梗塞的危险因素之一。
