摘要
逆向工程是指从已有的实物原型获取几何特征参数,进行再设计得到新产品的过程,在机械、模具、生物以及医学等领域得到了广泛的应用。本文借助ATOS测量系统,在Geomagic逆向软件和Pro/E三维设计软件平台上,对桨毂这一直升飞机关键部件进行逆向过程,并在ANSYS有限元分析软件中进行了模拟飞行状态的加载计算。
Reverse engineering refers to the process of gaining geometrical parameters from existing objects and re-designing new products.It has been widely applied in such fields as mechanics,molds,biology and medical science.This paper resorts to ATOS measuring system and on the platform of Geomagic,Pro/E,reversing the oar hub which is the important part of helicopter,and performs a calculation of flying state.
