甲硝唑控释药尖在急、慢性根尖周炎治疗中的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of metronidazole controlled-release spike on acute/chronic apical periodontitis

目的 探讨甲硝唑控释药尖对根管治疗的疗效。方法 对 2 7例患急、慢性根尖周炎的牙进行根管封药 ,并对封药前后的临床体征进行分析。结果 经 1～ 2次封药治疗 ,自发痛、叩痛、恶臭等临床体征消失。结论 甲硝唑控释药尖能够有效抑制、杀灭根管内的口腔厌氧菌 ,且作用快速、持久 ,避免口服用药的副作用。

Objective To research the therapeutic effect of metronidazole controlled release spike on acute/chronic apical periodontitis. Methods Twenty seven teeth suffered from acute/chronic apical periodontitis were sealed with metronidazole controlled release spike which was used as intracanal medicament and the clinic signs/symptoms were analysed. Results After treatment 1 2 times, clinic signs/symptoms such as spontaneous pain, percussion and odor were disappeared. Conclusion Metronidazoie controlled release spike can inhibit or destroy oral anaerobes in root canal effectively and rapidly, which will avoid the side efftct of oral taken medicament.
