意蜂苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶的电泳表型和基因型 被引量:11

摘要 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳测定了意蜂不同级别和不同发育阶段的苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)同工酶。意蜂的MDH有3个区带,其中MDHⅡ由3个等位基因编码,雌性峰是双倍体,有6种电泳表型,纯合子和杂合子各3种。雄性蜂是单倍体,有3种电泳表型。雌蜂和雄雌的幼虫与其成虫的酶谱相同。蛹期有1~2条附加带,卵期测不出MDHⅡ的活性。 Malate dehydrogenase isozyme of Apis mellifera in all developmental stages of different sexes and castus was invetigated with electro-focusing PAGE method. Electrom-orphs are divided into three zones, MDHⅠ, MDHⅡ and MDHⅢ. MDHⅡ is polymorphic: and is encoded by three alleles. There are six electromorphs (three homozygotes and three heterozygotes) in adult females that are diploid. There are three electromorphs in adult drones that are monoploid. Electromorphs show no difference between larvae and adults of female and drone. There are 1-2 additional bands in pupae. MDHI1 shows no activity in eggs.
