Influence of Pulse Blending on the Quality of Lube Oil

文章分析了脉冲调合对内燃机油、液压油产品质量的影响。脉冲调合生产内燃机油时不会像传统机械搅拌那样对油品黏度有剪切作用,相反对产品质量有一定的保障;脉冲调合生产液压油时需要严格控制原材料水分含量,同时处理好罐底存油,否则在脉冲压缩风的强大搅拌作用下极易出现抗乳化不合格情况,对于抗乳化不合格的液压油提出一些处置措施。

The influence of pulse blending on the quality of engine oil and hydraulic oil is analyzed.Unlike the traditional mechanical agitation,using pulse blending to produce engine oil has no shear effect to the oil viscosity,on the contrary,the product quality will be secure;The water content of raw materials needs to be controlled strictly while producing hydraulic oil by means of pulse blending,at the same time,the saved oil in tank bottom needs to be handled well,or it is easy to appear emulsification under the strong wind.At last,some measures are put forward to deal with the emulsification of hydraulic oil.
